The roof of the Colegio Repiso in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, collapsed this Tuesday, July 18th, trapping three women who were later rescued by Tamaulipas Civil Protection agents.
No student or teaching staff was injured since the school year ended and everyone is on vacation.
Authorities and personnel from the National Guard, Civil Protection, and the Red Cross appeared at the scene to attend to the incident.
Until now, the causes of the collapse and the seriousness of the injuries of the women, who were taken to a hospital, are unknown.
