Looking ahead to the Easter holidays to start in approximately 10 days, there are already hotels that are at 100% occupancy, assured the municipal president of Tampico, Jesús Nader Nasrallah.
He highlighted that it is not only about the vacation period, since there will be national livestock events that will generate an economic benefit by waiting for people from various parts of the Republic.
“I know that we are going to break all records, almost 100% of rooms occupied,” said the mayor, regarding the upcoming vacation period, in which not only municipal and state authorities have high expectations, but also businessmen.
“The Zebu Cattle Association will have its event in Tampico, so the presence of visitors from various states such as Tabasco, Veracruz, Sonora, Nuevo León, Querétaro, San Luis is expected. There will be more than 800 specimens of zebu, brahman and other livestock species, this will be exceptional,” Chucho Nader stressed.
Regarding all the activities that will take place during the month of April of this year, the same in which the city celebrates its 200th anniversary.
The mayor spoke about the participation that will take place in the Tianguis Turístico that is going to be in Mexico City, in which the tourist attractions of Tamaulipas and Tampico will be exhibited.
