Morelia, Michoacán. While the state of Chihuahua returns to a red light by its own decision with 15,521 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 1,671 deaths, Michoacán will continue to have an orange traffic light, with 23,865 infections and 1,911 deaths, according to the forecasts of the Federal Ministry of Health.

There are six entities in the country that present characteristics of re-outbreak of the disease epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 and that will have modifications in the national epidemiological traffic light.

In Chihuahua, Governor Javier Corral Jurado, determined that the state will return to a red light, while Coahuila, Durango, Zacatecas and Nuevo León, mainly, will return to orange, with high risk; Aguascalientes and Querétaro will also have changes.

Michoacán, mainly Morelia, registers an increasing trend in terms of confirmed and deaths.

The capital of Michoacán, which is already the center of the epidemic in the state and where human mobility has been growing, accumulates 5,210 patients who have fallen ill and 385 loss of life until Thursday.
