The same is happening with other points in Sinaloa such as Navolato, Mocorito, El Fuerte, and the Magic Towns, “Pueblo Magicos” where there is a rebound in tourism
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The President of the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism, Guillermo Romero Rodríguez, acknowledged that online classes have favored Mazatlán as a tourist destination.
This, because students can continue their learning from any destination.
“The online classes have benefited us a lot, the virtual classes because today you can take classes during the week from a hotel and there are families who live on services or also live from tourism and are those who are traveling right now, they are enjoying a tourist destination They bring their children and during the day they are in classes and in the afternoon they already enjoy together with them, they go out to eat, for a walk, to the pool, to the beach, that is happening in Mazatlán and in Sinaloa ”, he added.
Romero Rodríguez stressed that they held a meeting with the Secretary of Tourism of the State Government, Óscar Pérez Barros, where he informed them that the entire state is in the same conditions, from El Fuerte, Los Pueblos Mágicos, Navolato, Mocorito, for which he insisted that the subject of virtual classes has benefited them.
The Mazatlan businessman made special emphasis on the fact that unfortunately the student community cannot attend face-to-face classes due to the problem of the pandemic, however this has brought good results to this beach destination.
“Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 issue, they cannot attend classes but they continue to travel, we are a preferred destination, mainly Mazatlán, Sinaloa,” he said.
